entire property is under construction. ac units dont work great, heat coming from the wall ac unit because the portable ac was connected to it so it never cooled the room. no room service, no restaurant, no ice cream like listed on the website.

The lobby was upscale, looked and felt nice, aside from all the construction going on. Because we booked two rooms, we liked the balconies were all connected because it made visiting amongst kids easier access to one another.

a lot under construction, indoor pool w huge tropical plants NOT OPEN. I was bummed. I realize things have to get done sometime ... restaurant closed, construction. disappointing. bed was GREAT. view was GREAT. location was as expected, right off I25 but just fine! The place is enormous, laughably so. prepare for a confusing hike to your room. ok for ME but as I get older, laughing, this could be an issue with luggage. I enjoyed my night. Staff was very good. thank you

amazing place. free Starbucks! Clean, beautiful staff, great laundry. pretty much a resort. very few guests felt like I was starring in the Shinning ! Dont miss out Im sure the price will go way up when the renovations are completed.

My boys enjoyed the outside pool. We enjoyed being to pull up right to our room and be able to run out to the car through the sliding glass door.
